Beginners Yoga

An excellent introduction to yoga for new or returning students. You will learn the basic philosophy, postures and breathing techniques of yoga in a warm and supportive environment.

Hatha Yoga 

These very popular classes are great for beginners as well as those with a bit of experience. You’ll enjoy some flowing movements, a sequence of standing poses, seated postures and even some lying-down poses. Your teacher will bring your attention to your breath and alignment throughout the class and end with a delicious relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow yoga follows a sequence of poses, linked together by the breath. No two classes are the same as you experience Sun Salutes, standing poses, balances and inversions as well as floor-based poses and a relaxation at the end.  Yoga in Mosman has never been so much fun!

Ashtanga Style Yoga

This is a fast moving yoga class that follows the dynamic, challenging Ashtanga sequence, as devised by Sri Pattabi Jois.

A fusion of Yoga & Pilates to build core strength, our Yoga-Pilates classes combine the best of both disciplines to help you develop strength, flexibility and balance. 

Yoga For Men

Absolute beginner? Stiff as a board? You’ve come to the right place. Designed by and for men, this class will help you get more flexible, reduce stress and generally feel a whole lot better. No lycra or flexibility required!

Gentle Yoga

Ideal for students who are new to yoga, older students and those managing injury or illness. The class is slowly paced, gentle and taught with great attention to the individual needs of each student.

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing class that will help you to relieve stress, fatigue and improve all round well being. Everybody welcome.

Yin Yoga

This style of yoga combines traditional yoga with Yin and Yang sequences designed specifically to target the meridians or energy channels of the body.  It is restorative in style with longer held poses which helps to cultivate a meditative practice.  Emphasis is placed on the breath which directly influences the distribution of energy.  It is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and no experience is necessary.

PreNatal Yoga

Yoga is the perfect exercise for pregnant women. From conception to the day your precious baby arrives, yoga will give you the tools to enjoy a healthy pregnancy and birth. It’s also a great way to connect with other mums-to-be in the Mosman area.

Meditation

Meditation has been shown in numerous studies to reduce stress, boost the immune system and enhance overall wellbeing. Our classes are designed for beginners and more experienced students and will guide you through a number of simple, enjoyable and deeply relaxing meditation techniques.
