The Location
Our venue is the stunning Villa Boreh, a beautiful ocean-side resort with picturesque Balinese style villas nestled in lush, green tropical grounds.
Villa Boreh has three sparkling pools, two outdoor dining areas (including an Oceanside dining area where we will enjoy twilight dinners), a covered dining area, a fully equipped spa and a purpose-built yoga pavilion. There are also several meditation nooks where you can comfortably sit in silent contemplation.
Accommodation
Our twin share accommodation is in spacious, individual Balinese style houses, each with separate sleeping area and bathroom. Some of the houses are enclosed and fitted with airconditioning while others are open-style with beautiful outdoor bathrooms and bamboo screens for added privacy.
Doubles and singles are accommodated in a separate building near the yoga pavilion. Each double/single room has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Food
Our delicious, healthy meals will be mainly vegetarian, with the option of fish at some evening meals. Everything is prepared with the freshest local ingredients (some of which is sourced from Villa Boreh’s own organic gardens). We can accommodate most special dietary needs.
Retreat Schedule
You’ll enjoy two yoga classes every day in the dedicated yoga pavillion. The morning class (7.30am) will be an uplifting, flowing Hatha Vinyasa practice that includes pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. The afternoon class (5.30pm) will be a more relaxed, restorative style. All classes will be adapted to the level and experience of each individual student.
