PreNatal Shiatsu
This deeply relaxing treatment is performed while lying comfortably on your side, supported by cushions and bolsters, on a purpose-made futon. Through gentle pressure to specific parts of the body, the PreNatal Shiatsu treatment can help to relieve pregnancy symptoms such as back pain, swollen ankles, fatigue, shortness of breath and nausea.

PostNatal Shiatsu

Every new mother needs to take time out. The PostNatal Shiatsu Treatment offers an oasis of peace and calm where you can relax fully, calm your mind and replenish your energy. Experience the blissful, healing benefits of Shiatsu, including comfortable side-lying positions for women recovering from c-sections or experiencing tenderness from breast feeding.
