   7.30-9am Yoga (Hatha Vinyasa Style)
   9.15am Breakfast
   10.30am Free time to relax or enjoy the optional activities
   5pm Yoga (Hatha/Restorative)
   6.45pm Dinner
   Meals

Your retreat includes daily breakfast (home made porridge, muesli, fresh fruit, yoghurt, tea) and dinner every night (vegetarian treats including dahl, eggplant risotto, pumpkin curry, vegetarian gado gado and salads).

Price: Earlybird price $990 ends 30 May (full price $1150) inclusive of accommodation, all yoga classes, airport transfers to/from Cairns, use of hire car, all breakfasts and dinners. Places are limited to just 9 participants so early booking is recommended. $300 deposit secures your spot!

When you book your place on the Daintree Rainforest Retreat, we will purchase a Cassowary Care Pack on your behalf, helpingRainforest Rescue to protect the habitat of this magnificent creature (we always see one or two when we are on retreat in the Daintree, so we're always keen to help the big guys out!)
