Yoga Therapy is different because it treats you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Your Yoga Therapist takes the time to get to know you, gently piecing together the unique set of experiences, circumstances and patterns that make up your individual constitution. He or she then weaves together a combination of yogic and Ayurvedic techniques designed to meet your specific needs.

Small changes can make a big difference
You might be given a special yoga pose or breathing technique to practice at home. Or your teacher may give you a simple meditation or some easy diet and lifestyle advice. With a little bit of practise, you’ll start to feel some big changes.
Your initial consultation at Adore Yoga in Mosman will run for 90 minutes ($140) and we recommend 4 sessions to help you make the most of your Yoga Therapy Program ($520 when booked in advance). Please contact us to find out more and book your first session.
